Fundraiser Policy

Fundraiser Policy for Quicker Essentials

Effective Date: December 2025

1. Purpose of the Fundraiser

Quicker Essentials (“Quicker Essentials,” “the Organization,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a California-based nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 88-3868748).

This fundraiser is conducted to advance Quicker Essentials’ charitable mission, including—but not limited to—youth development, education, mentorship, sports-based leadership initiatives, and international community partnerships. All jerseys, collectibles, and memorabilia offered through this fundraiser have been donated to Quicker Essentials and are made available exclusively to support the Organization’s programs and operations.

2. Fundraiser Items & Authenticity

All items offered are authentic, donated pieces, including game-worn, team-issued jerseys and related memorabilia. Each item listing includes relevant information regarding origin, historical significance, condition, and any included accessories.

Items are offered as limited, one-of-one collectibles, and availability is subject to prior placement.

3. Appraisal & Fair Market Value (FMV)

Quicker Essentials provides a good-faith Fair Market Value (FMV) or appraised value for each fundraiser item in accordance with applicable IRS guidelines.

  • The FMV represents the non-deductible value of the item received.
  • FMV disclosures are clearly stated on the item listing and reflected on official donor acknowledgment documentation.

4. Purchase Process & Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Cash or check (for approved transactions)

Following purchase, donors will be contacted within 1–12 hours to confirm any personalization preferences, including signature name, inscription content, placement, or unsigned requests. This process ensures accuracy, discretion, and white-glove service for high-value transactions.

5. Signing, Personalization & Delivery

Unless otherwise requested, jerseys may be signed and/or personalized for the donor or a designated recipient.

  • All personalization details are confirmed prior to execution.
  • Once signed or personalized, items cannot be altered or modified.

6. Shipping & International Orders

  • Complimentary insured shipping is provided for all U.S. orders.
  • All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees required by their country.
    • Buyers may submit official receipts for such charges for accounting and documentation purposes.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

  • All fundraiser sales are final. No returns or refunds.
  • In the event an item arrives damaged:
    • The buyer must notify Quicker Essentials immediately.
    • The item must be returned to the Organization for insurance processing.
    • Quicker Essentials will manage the claim, restore or replace the item as appropriate, and return it to the buyer at no additional cost.

8. Tax-Exempt Status Notice

Quicker Essentials has received formal confirmation from the Internal Revenue Service approving the reinstatement of its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and is operating as a recognized nonprofit organization in good standing.

Due to IRS processing timelines, Quicker Essentials may temporarily appear on publicly available automatic-revocation listings. This does not reflect the Organization’s current status. Official IRS documentation verifying reinstatement is maintained and available upon request.

9. Tax Deductibility of Contributions

Fundraiser purchases may be eligible for a charitable tax deduction in accordance with IRS regulations.

  • The deductible portion is generally limited to the amount paid in excess of the item’s FMV.
  • Example: If an item with an FMV of $1,000 is purchased for $25,000, the potential deductible amount is $24,000.
  • Donors will receive an official acknowledgment letter stating:
    • Total amount paid
    • Item FMV
    • Potential deductible amount

Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding individual tax treatment.

10. High-Value Purchase Disclosure

For fundraiser items exceeding $10,000, Quicker Essentials provides FMV disclosures and donor acknowledgment documentation in compliance with IRS substantiation requirements. This ensures transparency, regulatory compliance, and proper record keeping for donors and their advisors.

11. Governing Law

This Fundraiser Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal regulations.
